Shipping policy

PAKCHAIN delivers nationwide via road express courier to any residential or commercial address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Orders received before 2pm (Sydney time) will be dispatched same day.

Direct Freight Express shipments to metro east coast usually take 1 business day, while regional or cross-country transit takes 3 to 7 business days.

Australia Post Parcel Post shipments take 2 to 4 business days for NSW and 3 to 6 business days for the rest of Australia.

Freight cost is calculated based on the specific items & quantities in your order (total weight & volume). For a quick freight cost estimate, simply add items to your cart and enter your suburb & postcode into the calculator on the cart page.

Deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm weekdays. If delivery address is unattended, redelivery fees may apply. Please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with any specific delivery instructions to assist our courier.
